However, naturally with a site as popular as this we get extremely busy, so we request you read and RE-READ the following two paragraphs before contacting us:

Caution 1: CAUTION 1: If you call us, please state why you are calling. If you don't have time to tell us why you're calling, we don't have time to call you back!

The same goes for email and postal mail.

Caution 2: It's Bizarre, but sometimes people call demanding refunds on products we WARNED them Not to buy...Products that we have NOTHING to do with. If you're looking for help, that's different. We're always here to help. However, if you can't take the time to READ that we are WARNING you about a company, we can't take the time to return your call. Sorry.
