In many cases these sites are owned by MLM Lead providers or MLM distributors running co-operative advertising and rotating websites. Sometimes websites like these are used in order to track what ad produces what result or sometimes they are used to track revenue-share deals with TV & Radio stations running the ads.

For example they might assign a TV station or Radio Station to each website to see which advertising medium produces the best result.

changeitout.com - Radio Station WBVX - Number of leads produced:  Four
20yoursuperjob.com - Radio Station WZBY - Number of leads produced: Twenty Seven
4getmoney.com - Radio Station WLMU - Number of leads produced: One Hundred Twenty Three
49getmoney.com - Radio Station KNOP - Number of leads produced: Three Hundred Fourty One
53getmoney.com - Radio Station KMRT - Number of leads produced: Fifty Two
