It took about 3 months, and a lot of work, but what I did may help others. I kept track of all of my contact (and attempts to contact) this company, and all the responses (of lack of) from them. For me, this included e-mails (I saved both theirs, and mine), including one refund confirmataion which they never processed; and telephone calls (which included Two refund confirmations which were not processed); I had the date and time and general information of calls as well as emails. When nothing had been done, I sent them an email detailing what had been said and when, and let them know that I had enough documentation to prove my case should it be necessary to take further action (i.e., if I were to take it to small claims court). After that, I got my rebate. There is more than one number to call in on and I will try to get back soon and add the phone numbers I used. This company is definitely dishonest.
