Norm and the re-demise of American education

Wow, I got yet ANOTHER email from a person about rebateprocessing that is totally baffling to me.

OK. So I have a site that warns people about the current rash of rebate processing scams and even tell people HOW to get their money back - get a refund - and where to report the sites to hopefully get these phony rebate processor job sites shut down.

Yet, Norm apparently ignores the extensive information on this site and other sites I link to and sends in this question to which (as I am want to do) I do NOT respond to very kindly…

Q:

visa tells  me you have asked them to charge my account $197.00 and they have put it on "hold" for seven days.  I want this attemptd charge to be cancelled immediately.
Norm

A:

I have NO clue what you're talking about.
I am WARNING people to STAY away from
those types of products at this site.

Put on your glasses and read about it

Is there a special school people go to to become so stupid?

Peace out.

Mr. work@home

"I'm always very helpful, but NOT always very nice"

btw, I don't really say "peace out" in real life, but it was only way I could diminish my rage against the guy's idiocy at the time.

Greg @ 4:59 am

Hello,

I have been trying to find out about a program called "The Magic Button" have you heard of this, and if so, can you send me any info that you know about it. It is rather expensive to purchase, almost 600.00$ US. I have purchased many programs and continue too, but I do not like to pay more than 47-97$ unless I know that they are rewarding and have a lot of information that I can use that I currently do not have.
Let me know if you have heard of this, please. I have read about it twice. One time this year and one time last year around income tax time. Maybe there is a good reason for the timing, and the program is old stuff that is not very valid any longer.

Thanks,

Greg

I don't know it offhand. There is a piece of software called Magic Button, but I suspect that's not what you're talking about.
