I am very interest in working from home, I hoping this not a high power sales promotion, or have to come up with a big fee, both my husband I are looking for an inexpensive online business system. There are so many home businesses, but the fees are usually high. I am very interested in finding inexpensive online business systems.

Ummmm…you don't. What you do is you pick up the phone, call your credit card company and file a chargeback dispute with them.
Then you ask yourself why you posted this question on a website that recommends you AVOID any type of "rebate processing" job.
I suggest you pull out a pen and paper and write the following down:
"Why did I ask how to make money with rebate processing on a website with numerous pages telling me to avoid any type of rebate processing job?"
If you don't get a good answer, you might want to consult with friends and family.
If you're able to get a refund, then what you want to do before you EVER grab your credit card again on something that seems incredibly unbelievable is send us what you're looking at via the feedback and we can usually tell you real quick what we think of it.
