		<description>A Harvard degree doesn&#039;t guarantee anything but a big bill at the end.  As an IT person, I&#039;m used to folks screaming at me, for a mistake *they* made on their computers; at this point in my career, I simply refuse to accept disrespect, period.  You did what you could, and that was enough.  If he refused to accept the fact that he&#039;s not the smartest bulb on the tree, then that&#039;s his problem, not yours.</description>
