Angela Penbrook – Status – Not Recommended
We don't currently recommend Angela Penbrook's RebateProcessingTools. It fails our Rules test for finding telecommuting positions. Also it appears that some or most of it is affiliate training teaching how to run incentivized offers (offers where you incentivize a person to take an offer in exchange for giving them something in return).
There's nothing wrong with incentivized offers. But you have to be very careful with them and coming in at a price tag of $197.00 there's almost certainly much better places to learn these techniques for a lower cost.
Also there seem to be several complaints from people about not being able to get refunds.

Thank you for the information. I was a potential victim! I was about to join this business today and decided to see if there were some complaints just out of the blue and I found several!

Are you saying you bought the Angela Penbrook program and put the charge into dispute and that that they sided with the merchant on the disputed charge and didn't refund your money?
Mainly I want to make sure you're saying that it centered around the Angela Penbrook product or a similar product.
