I also bought the EasyMemberPro package, and have tried to get support more than once. Never got a response back yet. I feel I have also lost my one hundred dollars as well. I since then have gotten Simple Member Pro, was able to make modifications, and am working with the programmer to release a special candiate version of the product. I also since then, created my own product, and it has so many features, and ease of sue for the website creation, that I put an article on the web about it, and I am a totally blind developer. Any good script should be modifiable, non-encrypted, and should also have the features that people want, such as rebranding, a license manager, blog, forum, social bookmarking, social networking, helpdesk, and so forth. Installation took about 20 minutes and adding content was easy as well. Simple Member Pro is simple to use and works extremely well.

And I've even had one person tell me that EasyMemberPro kept losing ALL of his data and when he wrote to support they kept trying to blame HIM – and this is an experienced marketer with numerous products and a large affiliate program.

I'd also have to say from my own experience with support from EasyBlogsPro I'm NOT impressed with this company at all. I have several emails sitting in my Inbox from the programmer AND the company explaining why the product wasn't working as claimed and then when I wrote to support about it they said, "nah, it's working fine"…ummm….then why did you stop selling it?

Here's what the person in charge of the programming for EasyBlogsPro told me at the time:

"I held a lot back when I sent the update today. I'm pretty put off by
isnare and article marketer. Bill with Phantom Writers has been doing a
good job and is hands on. I think as this type of service develops for
him, we'll see better performance.

But I'm convinced that the only way to provide the level of service
that's needed, is for me to create the article distribution sites
myself. Kim and I have been in the private label content business for a
long time and we know how to do it right. It's a mistake to try and run
the site as an all category service. Niche is the way to go…and the
extra effort required to run separate sites should be made up in less
overhead and bloat.

12 to 15 sites, that are targeted is what would be the best way. The
profit will be less because we'll have to pay people to help us
manage…but sometimes you have to do what's better business…than
what's better profit. We're going to do it…our programmer is making
me the script now. He's quick and I'll move forward with the health
based site right away. Health has lots of potential.

You see, right after we bought the product it didn't work with some of the sites it claimed to work with.

But when I wrote to support because the product was to have a forum and was told:

"As James has left us and is no longer supporting the script, we have deleted the forum and disabled the payment button so it can no longer be purchased."

and when I inquired about a refund because the script wasn't really usable was told:

"of course it was usable, I use the isnare script on a load of blogs which are still going strong."

Well, looky here. I just pulled this RIGHT from the sales page for EasyBlogsPro that is STILL up (although thankfully they disabled the payment button):

"There are a few solutions available out there to the web publisher when choosing a service to receive your content from and after develoment, testing and evaluation, we decided to work with ArticleMarketer.com, Isnare.com and now thephantomwriters.com"

Umm. Wasn't there supposed to be more than ONE article site it worked with?

This type of support is too much of "blame the customer" for my taste.

I think it's important for you to know that my business partner and I develop sophisticated automated systems on our own, so this isn't a case where we don't know what we're doing here.

I've been using easymemberpro for about a year and I really like it. It does the job and its really easy to use. I'm surprised at the comments re their support, because I've always found it to be top notch.

But, when dealing with the help desk it literally took days for them to get back to me. To make things worse I had to answer the same questions 5 times or more.

If the script worked right it would be a major player in membership scripts arena. However, it doesn't work well at all and their tech support is poor.

Simple Member Pro seems to always do the job perfectly. Good article.

The script has tremendous potential, but it has problems and I would not recommend this company.
