I was curious if you have anything to report on Theisecret.

A: Hi Dennis,

I don't own the product, so I can't say conclusively.

However, there are some definitely red flags that I see.

It's hosted on IP 209.123.251.248 with the following sites:

Instantpaidsurveys.com
Rfptry.com
Securememberarea.com
Surveys-for-pay.com
Theisecret.com
Turbineoseucelular.com
Tvonyourpcelite.com
Webglobalsupport.com

Typically, when a small number of sites like this are hosted on the same IP they are owned by the same company although it's not always the case.

Taking a look at InstantPaidSurveys.com and Surveys-for-Pay.com both sites contain unrealistic income claims – claiming that people can earn as much as $40,320 per year taking paid surveys which is impossible – I know the CEO of one market research firm and have another friend in charge of data mining for VERY large market research firm both who would laugh at these claims.

Another site on the list TVOnYourPCElite is also a product in a very questionable market.

The other red flag is that when I checked the Whois history via the Gold edition of DomainTools I noticed that they put privacy protection on the domain immediately. By itself that wouldn't mean much – but combined with the other information mentioned it doesn't bode well.

So, I can't really tell you anything conclusive, but based on this information it doesn't look promising.
