BradsMoney – Where's that Government Check?
Update: The list of sites has grown to long to keep track of and people found this write-up confusing. Also this page is commentary and observations about affiliate websites. It does not offer opinions, observations, or commentary about the offers being promoted through the sites as often affiliates run websites that company's they are promoting don't even know about.
Here are the main points:
- There are many sites using the same names with different photos.
- There are many sites with different names showing the SAME check.
- There are many sites with the same photo with different names.
- The routing number on the check that many of the sites share is invalid.
Here is where to check routing numbers for checks:
http://www.routingnumbers.org/
Note, I initially stated that the checking account shown on BradsMoney.com was supposed to be Brad's checking account when I should have stated that it's supposed to be Google's checking account – you'll see in the comments where someone corrected me on that.
So far I've only tracked the same photos being used with various names and stories manually. At the time I attempted to use the new image search engine http://www.tineye.com to track that I didn't have much success although it's been successful with other photos.

Awesome!

Paul,
This is the best site for work at home seekers. Your advice is top notch and second to none. The best part with brad's money people miss is the name blanked out
Which to me would be the MAIN thing to include. Thanks for the info! You are a saint.
3:25 am
LOL. Good point.
We don't really know WHO a check belongs to when the NAME is blanked out.
Can't believe I didn't put that in there!
7:00 pm
I've seen this ad out there as well. I work for a bank and am very familiar with the MICR (the numbers on the bottom of the checks). You are correct, this routing number 1) does not exist and 2) the number listed as the routing number is also the same number as the check number in the upper right hand corner. When checks are encoded the check number is NOT the same as the routing number nor is the check number encoded where the routing number should be. This check has to be fake. Also note if this was a REAL check, he is not displaying his personal checking account number but rather the account number for Google! Something I believe they would be quite displeased with. I guess this just follows the old saying, if something seems too good to be true, it probably is!
9:48 pm
Thanks, Banker.
Good point about the check being Google's not his. I guess i was trying to keep track of too much (and it was late) when I wrote this up.
3:49 am
They are advertising all over Myspace now…officially, I assume since they are appearing in the advertising spaces along with legitimate companies and organization. I was suspicious because of the "Make $5,000 a month" comments. It is also saying, "As seen on Oprah, CNN, FOX News, NBC, and CBS."
I quickly found this site and contacted myspace to report it because I'm sure they will find many victims if they aren't stopped quickly.
1:12 pm
Good work. It was nice to see your article pull up right under their site to keep this scam from growing. Awesome job, and kudos.
7:29 pm
Thanks, Ben.
The good news is that the FTC seems to be cracking down more and more on misleading and deceptive advertising, but as you might expect it's hard for them to keep up with everything.
12:21 pm
Thanks for the site, I'm so grateful to read this before I almost fall for it. It's good to be true, still I want to stay home and start a business of my own. Any ideas which honest site to start out with? I need a legal site, please help…
1:27 pm
I saw one names: bethsmoney.com. When I saw this post, I opened both sites at the same time to see the differences. They are the SAME site!! Only a few changes to make it sound like their own sites. What a scam!!! Thank you for this informaton!!
2:39 pm
Thanks, Traci.
I hadn't seen that one.
I've added it to the list below which again are all basically the same. Apparently not only is Kevin Brad's twin brother, but Kevin's dog is Brad's dog's twin, too! Wait – triplets! Check out JacksMoneyBlog.com – what are the odds that triplets would all have dogs from the same litter?
Also, I want to know what's going on with Audrey. She seems to be married to quite a few people there. Not only that but apparently Lisa Hoeffer is married to John and John Hoeffer is married to Audrey! You just can't make this kind of stuff up…oh wait…maybe you can.

You may as well add "www.cheddasblingblog.com" to the list – the "cheddah" ad came up on slacker.com, go figure.

Thanks, Jose!
I added it.

Also, I wouldn't assume that just because someone's name appears on one of the "offers" that are being promoted that they actually exist.
9:00 pm
Actually, I'm more interested in the products they are promoted as I would assume many of them have these same problems.
10:42 am
i read article.it is helpful to me.
5:49 pm
Thanks so much for all the great information. I always look forward to reading the information you provide. I have been trying to start something on line that is truly legit with a shoe string budget but most of the information out there does not give you all the information as to how much money start-up money it will take to making money. So I have also been looking at different grant offers on the net to get the money to get going but finding a legit web site is the challenge.Brad's Money is one that I had looked at I'm so glad your review set me straight!
8:37 pm
Great Stuff, Paul!
Keep up the Good work!
And TY so much for your "personal help"!
8:43 pm
You're welcome, Melvin.
5:28 am
thanks Paul, i have encounter also those grant's stuff but sorry for them coz i always delete immediately, for i know it never exist.
thanks again and more power!
8:47 am
Great advise. Your a money and life saver. Keep up the good work.
I now have a great favor to ask. What have you heard of Cheriff Medawar. He is a self-proclaimed commercial real estate mogul who wants to teach people how to make a fortunate. And claims he is doing the training for the love of it. Wants to see general people succeed but still he charges $5000.00 for a 3-days training real estate video and leads.
Here is his link. http://www.instituteofcommercialrealestate.com/instituteinfo.aspx
I would really appreciate every bit of info or help on this guy. Thanks
9:12 am
As I mentioned previously, I'm no expert in Real Estate. You may want to take a look at John T. Reed's Real Estate Artist B.S. Detection Checklist.
8:04 pm
Yeah, I work from home in my own business. It's my own of course, Kozlowski Business Group. Let me know if you want some info and see if it is something you are looking to do.
5:59 pm
This is good informatiom, but what is the point of their sites if they aren't made for creating money, but sending you off to some other site to put money in someone elses hands. Unless they actually run those sites to.
6:22 pm
Hi BlackManGabbin,
All of those sites have affiliate arrangements with the company they send the people off to so that they get paid if someone takes a product on one of the sites they send people off to.
They use a special affiliate tracking link for that to identify who sent the visitors.
4:17 pm
That makes since. The said thing is that 90% of the website out are actual sites that can here you make money. I guess the name of the game is rob everybody you can and when you get exposed just reinvent yourself and do it again.
2:10 am
Not sure if anyone else caght this, but the bottom check that the name is blanked out on is issued from CITIBANK —–get this…. EUROPE ???????
10:51 pm
Paul, You are the MAN!!! Your Blog site is awsome! I almost fell for Brad's Money.com offer. Your research was also awsome. I've been researching online work at home opportunities for about 4 mths now, your site is definitly a no bs site. Thanks again!!
11:03 pm
Thanks, Chuck
If you ever have any specific opportunity you want to ask me about I have feedback forms throughout the site that people often use to do just that – I can usually respond within 48 hours or less.
2:47 am
i just ran into one kevin gets grants! on this one he says he is a fire fighter by the name of KEVIN HOEFFER and he got a 12000 dollar grant. i was sketchy so i googled his name and i found another site where KEVIN HOEFFER was an accountant and lost his job… i wish there really was one that worked and if there was no one would ever know!!!!
1:40 pm
Hey Paul- What's your opinion on Easy Automated income.com by Mike Williams and/or eMillioniare System.com by Brock Felt; I can't find anything negative and I'm thinking of trying one or both of these programs. I filled out a "feed back" form and haven't heard back as of yet, I realize you and your staff are busy. Please advise and Thank You again!!!
2:58 am
Chuck,
Not sure of the Mike Williams' one.
The other was discussed by people who do sound they have a bit more experience with Brock here.
My username there is MarkQuinn and I did raise one concern, but I'm not sure if it's about the same course you're talking about and certainly it wouldn't be a deal-killer.
2:10 pm
Wow, Great info. Thanks for all the research. I found Kylesgotcash.com and these are all the same. I am so glad God sent me to this site. I am so sick of people preying on others. Keep up the faith.
7:44 pm
Joel,
What do you have, a work from home site? Email me
zeroman@dejazzd.com
Much thanks!
12:40 pm
Is there actually work from home info that's legit? I'm so tired of reading about all these websites that end up being scams. Aren't there any honest people out there who own legitimate web-based businesses any more?
9:59 pm
this website http://richgetsrich.com/story/index.php i found in the list u posted is it a scam? if so how do they get your money except the $1 shipping?? pls reply asap
10:06 pm
Andrew, I looked at the product that site promotes which looks like EarnCashFastWithGoogle and on the page I'm looking at they have pretty clear terms and conditions that are very clear BEFORE you get to the place to submit your information that go over the extra charges – unless you're talking about some other product.
But that site looks like it did a very good job in putting the terms in clear site.
11:04 pm
I'm also looking for a way of working from home so I can take care of my sick daughter, and pay the bills. Any advice out there?
11:37 pm
could u please send me the link for these terms and conditions if its not to much trouble, i cant seem to find it, thank you
11:59 pm
Andrew, the page I'm looking at is this one:
http://www.earncashfastwithgoogle.com/index3001B.php
It has a huge blue box with the terms and conditions right before you enter information.
Maybe we're not talking about the same site?
Note: Don't take this to mean that I recommend the product. I'm just commenting on their disclosure of the terms and conditions.
3:31 am
Note from Paul at WorkAtHomeTruth: Edited the first part out. Sorry Jeff (nothing Jeff did wrong, folks).
Here's the best part of Jeff's post:
First I would like to say thank you … Thank you Paul!!
What you are doing is a great service to many. I hope you will receive 10 fold.
I do want to share with all of you who have posted here and who are following after me, I know of a woman who is a grant writing specialist and teaches/coaches people with grant writing needs. I am NOT an affiliate and I wont make a single penny if you do buy any thing from her. If your interested about learning more go to http://www.grantmerich.com/ I believe her to be real and honest. I bought one of her books and she list her name and phone number there on her site. I even called her to ask a question (about my book being shipped) and got her on the first try. I should be writing my own blog !! LOL so anyway Her name is Jillian Coleman Wheeler check her out if you like.
Now… to help out Paul and Vinny …
About real estate… first, Paul, John T Reed is a B.S. artist straight from the B.S. School… His b.s. list of rei guru's is simply made up because he knows there site is better. I was in a long website discussion about him and what he does.. google his name too!! I wouldnt recommend him. Now Im just giving my advise so please dont get offended. I would recommend (Vinny you need this info) and (so does everyone else wanting to do RE Investing) get involved in discussions about rei on website forums there are many of them, ask questions and read read read. Get a mentor if you can afford one and learn everything you can about rei before you go try it. I took 2 yrs learning before I did my first deal. I specialize in 1 area and will master it before moving on to another. I will end my microblog here and leave a list of real estate investing forums websites for people to get educated with.
you can follow me on twitter if you like.

3:52 am
Hey Paul,
I just wrote a very long comment… but now I dont see it. did you get it?
4:36 am
Jeff,
A couple things happened. I have WordPress set to send posts to spam if there are more than 2 links and I also had to edit the content as I mentioned above.
4:39 am
No problem, Jeff.
I usually tell people to go to both the John T. Reed site and Creonline. I'll check out the other ones you've mentioned now as well.
A bunch of real estate investors I used to know really liked Creonline.
3:34 pm
Hey Paul,
Thanks for allowing the post I put. The meat of the post is the important part so thats good that you showed it.
Jeff
3:44 pm
The John T. Reed site is pretty thorough. His main gripe with these gurus, especially that idiot Rich Dad Poor Dad guy, is that all of them have actually made more money selling books than the actual businesses they promote.
Also, I feel bad for the people in the photos on those scam sites. I'm pretty certain they were just stolen from people's personal sites. How'd you like a photo of your family vacation at Disney posted on one of these scam sites?
5:30 pm
Hi, Paul,
Jeff Smith turned me on to your blog – great work!
Jeff mentioned my website on grants in an earlier comment.
Coincidentally, my blog post today focuses on some of the bogus grants sites, and 5 claims that should set off warning bells for readers:
http://www.GrantMeRich.com/blog/
3:18 am
Great post, Jillian.
I think I actually bookmarked your site a while back when I was looking for legitimate sources of grant information for people.
5:26 am
Thanks, you saved me from furthering my financial mess!
5:22 am
Hi, Paul. Please add this to your list "lindasbailoutblog.com". Those websits look all the same. They charge $1 to $5 for shipping and then every month charge $50! And they keep it in pending after you place the order until the 7th (sometimes 14th) day trial is up and, obviously, they have their money before you can cancel on the 7th or 14th day.
9:01 am
Thanks, Jenny.
I added it along with 25 new ones. They never end!
6:10 am
Thanks for this site. I see these guys everywhere.
If your readers want a real work from home job, then they can do what I did. Go to liveops.com a legitimate work from home opportunity.
Thanks again
7:21 pm
THANK YOU THANK YOU I WAS JUST ABOUT TO FOLLOW KELLY 3 STEPS TIL I READ THIS MY 5 CHILDREN WILL BE HAPPY TO KNOW WE DID NOT WASTE MONEY
3:09 am
Thanks, Paul.
Here's another one promoting Google Home Business Kit.
http://www.roberts.com/?ID=aYIMP-cR2-gEconomic-dAd1
I looked closely at the check.
The routing number is invalid and the routing number and the check number are identical. Thanks to the Banker for pointing that out.
He doesn't mention his wife's name.
3:21 am
Hey Joan,
Thanks. More coming.
I saw on your site you went to Yanik's Underground. I haven't been since the first one. I was doing tons of seminars at one point but got a bit burned out.
Looks like he had some great speakers.
4:22 pm
I actually saw the http://www.craigsmoneyblog.com on my hotmail homepage, it was an advertisment. I am also glad this site pulled up when I did a search. The saying never gets old "if its too good to be true, it probably is"
10:08 am
Craig:
I just saw this ad too, but it was on my yahoo email page. The site looks just fake! If you read though the website page you find they insinuate that 'Craig' lives some where in the US but never says where, just a space for the city.
3:13 am
I was suspicious of roberts.com when it said he lives in my city, so I went to the same site via a proxy server, and – surprise! – Robert now lived in a different city – the city where the proxy server is located. What a scam. That's when I searched for more information and found your site. Thank you for spreading the word and compiling a list of these scammers!
3:44 am
Yep. That would make for a good video to put up to show that. I'll put it up this week.
4:02 am
Hey friends,
Beware of scams emails from craigslist.
I have experienced getting responses from "people" (hey right)
when I post something for sale. They email me in reply to my post and always say something like"Hey, how's it going? I just read your ad. Are you having bill problems?" ….the trick is here… when you reply to there little question then you instantly get a email from
gbrllmcfddn@gmail.com
haymanpsylmar@gmail.com
eunicehooker@gmail.com
and they have a message like this…
Hey, well President Obama just released a new plan to help fix your
mortgage and get out of debt…if you want to learn more or see if yo
uqualify go to http://themortgagedebtact.com
they already sent me out
a check for my bills!
So there ya go..just FYI
8:12 pm
Are there ANY legit work from home opportunities out there?
1:06 am
Haha, a continuation of the craig's list scams. I saw an advertisement for a job paying $15/hr as a security guard, I went ahead and sent in a reply. Immediately afterward I got an email back saying that the position had been filled (a day after it was posted) but that they had another job posting advertisements in newspapers, one of those 'reimbursement' scams.
5:07 am
Hi friends, I need your help.
Have you ever heard about MyWorldPlus? Last week I received an email from myworldplus.com. It said that one of their associate positioned me as a pre-enrollee, so once I upgrade to be a member I can get commission from the other pre-enrollees below me when they upgrade to be a member. I checked their website, it looks like an MLM business, selling a discout membership card that members can use to eat, shopping, travel at discount price, and they have some detailed information about the products, the pay plan and the system which make it look like a legit website. The cost for joining is $50 one-time set up fee plus $20 monthly membership fee. I did some research online, and found somebody says the discount card does not work. I have no idea if it's a scam or not. Anybody has ever heard about this? Do you have any suggestions? Should I take a chance?

7:42 pm
Sucker,
I looked at BethsMoney and right now that site is promoting something called "GooglePayday", but I'm not sure if that's the same product you're talking about as the initial fee that site shows is $1.88. Their terms and conditions are here and at the very bottom it says:
"Cancel by calling Customer Service at 1-888-563-4281" but again I am NOT positive that's the product you're talking about as the BethsMoney site has promoted various similar Google money making type products over time.
8:06 pm
Thanks for the quick reply.
The site was accessed of bethsmoney that lead to googleprofitsinsiders.com. I have went back several times on bethmoney which i originally got from foxnews.com. Now, everytime i click on one of the urls off bethmoney, it now goes to the sites your referring too and not to the original one i got. I have a copy of what was sent me and the name it says that would be billed to my account is different. Is there a way i can send it to you via word document?
Thanks for your help!
8:38 pm
Paul,
i managed to place a pic on photobucket. i hope this can help.
Thanks again!
10:17 pm
OK. I've seen this before, but I'm still trying to hunt down the contact info. In the meantime you might find the write-up I did of BethsMoney here interesting.
11:02 pm
Sucker,
You can use the feedback form here to send me a message:
http://www.workathometruth.com/feedback-form.php.
If you need to send an attachment I'll reply and then then you can send the attachment as the feedback form isn't set up for attachments right now.
11:49 pm
OK,
The terms are here:
Terms.
"In addition, the subscriber will be provided access to an online Resource Center which will bill at $47.50 on the fifteenth Day from the date of enrollment and we will re-bill every thirty one days at $47.50 per month until cancelled by calling 1-888-373-7460. If for any reason, Subscribers credit card company refuses to pay the amount billed for the service, Subscriber agrees that we may, at our option, suspend or terminate the subscription to the service and require the Subscriber to pay the overdue amount by other means acceptable to us."
6:20 pm
Paul,
Thanks soooo much for all your help. I believe i will just call and have it canceled. I'm not sure if these guys are on the up and up, by will let you know what happens. Will give these guys a chance and not judge until then.
Thanks again Paul, your ACES in my book – God Bless!
7:02 pm
You're welcome, Sucker.
Make sure you get a confirmation #. I'd give them a pretty tight deadline to get it taken care of.
If you can't get satisfaction directly from the merchant, you'll need to put a dispute in with your credit card company – but they'll require that you've tried to work it out with the merchant first.
The following site can be helpful as well:
HelpWithMyBank.gov.

Hi. I am looking for a legit way to make about $800 extra a month by working from home. I am trying to go back to school and take care of my 3 year old son alone. Im stressed and depressed and I really need help fast. Do you know of anything I can do that will help me out WITHOUT being scammed?
10:07 pm
Hi, if you are a good writer, I'd recommend you take a look at this page I helped put together:
Make Money Writing for the Web which provideds a lot of free ways to make money writing for the web.
Keep in mind the following two things:
1) The site the page is on runs advertising – for the most part you should ignore the advertising as I have no control over that. If you see an advertisement you have a question about I can look into it for you. The best thing to do is to contact me through the feedback form here:
Feedback Form.
2) The section called Freelance Writing Jobs Online will be the section you'll want to start with. The information above that typically pays less.
You may want to visit KatiesHugs.com which will provide you with additional ideas. I would highly recommend you join the messageboard listed on the left and learn about Mystery Shopping as a secondary source of income or at least to defray other costs.

Paul (and all other scam killers) ….thanks so much for all the information provided on your honest up-and-up site. I'm 74 (but very, very hip) and am looking to make some additional money as Social Security is not too social and sure as hell ain't secure! (Note: I'll not use paragraphs.) I was close to "biting" on a couple of the schemes you outlined, but because of your (and others') notes, declined to do so. Methinks that "investing" in one of the "makeatonofmoneybssite.suckers" is about the same as one of the various Nigerian (and other countries) 419 scams. Only wanted you to know I appreciate your input. Older people get scammed, in my opinion, a lot more and easier than younger people. Take care ….thanks, again.
Bob
2:02 am
Thanks Bob,
My own father – who is supposed to talk to me about putting money towards anything home business related – got hooked on one of the companies I was already warning about on the site!
1:40 am
Are they all scams? Are there any that can be trusted?
4:11 am
Carter,
The ones that we recommend on this site are trustworthy – no hidden fees, etc.
In fact AffiliateMoneyRevolution.net is a free trial that will get you the first 14 videos free and you do NOT need to enter your credit card – just name and email.
And there's no annoying "one-time-offer" once you login or anything like that.
11:54 pm
I just got scammed for the first time. I signed up for the $2.95 info packet and got billed $70.00 a week later. Anybody know what to do about this? Thanks.
2:32 pm
Rick: Sorry about that …happened to me, too. Call the 800 number(s) that appear on your credit card or bank statement belonging to the company who charged you. Simply ask for a refund ….I usually tell them that I didn't see the "small print" where they tell you they're going to charge you up the ying-yang for their "product". That usually works. Of course, if they do no comply (they probably will), call your bank/credit card company and lodge a "merchant complaint". The bank/credit card company will issue a "temporary credit" until they investigate. Typically, the temp credt will flop to permanent in a week or so. Don't think you'll have a problem getting your money back ….it'll just take time and effort on your part. Good luck. Bob
5:06 pm
WOW YOU CHRISTIAN OPPORTUNISTS NEVER CEASE TO AMAZE ME- NO WONDER THE COUBNTRY IS LEANING EITHER SECULAR OR TO WHACKOFFS LIKE Y'ALL.
7:34 pm
For "UNEARTHLY MOTHER" …..I can't make any sense out of your vitriolic message. You calling me a "Christian opportunist"? What the hell is that?
If you are, you sure don't know me! For starters, I'm not a Christian, or Buddhist, or Muslim, or Hare Krishna, or any other form of organized religion.
I may be an opportunist, however. I had the "opportunity" to defend this country from Communist agressors during the Korean conflict. I took advantage of that opportunity in order for peeps like you to rant without any fear of reprisal. That was the "good ol' country boy" in me …opportunistic as I am. If it weren't for me and thousands of men and women like me, you'd be speaking friggin' Korean or Russian.
And, too, I don't fully understand the term "whackoff" ….what the hell is a "whackoff"?
So, "unearthly mother", you'd better have half a Moon Pie and and RC Cola, calm down and raise your kids.
If you'd like, you may respond to this message in this forum or directly to my e-mail address: majskyking@gmail.com
Other than that, y'all have a nice day.
Bob
7:53 pm
Bob,
I think Unearthly Mother was actually addressing that comment to whoever created that BethsMoney site.
For some reason people often post "you" even though they are referring to the creator of the site that's being discussed – as if they don't understand that they are not on the creator of the site's website.
It happens ALL the time. I get people emailing or phoning me demanding refunds on products I am warning them NOT to buy because for some bizarre reason they think they are on that company's website.
3:07 pm
I've been dooped too…in a desperate moment, I went for it last night, I called the 866 #, theres nothing there, another scam. So I will be contacting my Credit card company to have payment stopped!!!
On another note, I am the one who NEVER ever falls for this crap, the one who does my research for hours on end, and the one who preaches about all the scams going around!!!!
3:53 pm
thanks paul, i was about to the purchase the google business kit for only 1.97 shipping and handling? to download it?? but anyhow i figured google, it can't be a scam then i looked into it and saw that beth was lying to me on her blog. so thank you for making this information accessible.
4:08 pm
LOL. Just caught that "shipping and handling" to "download it".
10:56 am
The name is there under the A L

but the fact still remains it's a total scam. Here is the scammers info that sent it to me in an email: Conversation…
Scammer: Have you signed up for Obamas work relief program?
Email me, mulliganolumide0488@gmail.com
Me: did you?
Scammer: I seen that you posted an ad, thanks for the quick response. This past
year has been a rough one for everyone so im just spreading the
knowledge. You can receive govt grants while you find a new job. You
dont have to even pay them back. Check out this website
http://recession-bailout.com/ it has helped me get grants just for
filling out a few forms.
Goodluck with your job hunt.
Me: Thought you were being a wise a_s (sorry about that), thanks i'll check it out
(This is where I start my quick Palumbo research)

BradsMoney – Where's that Government Check?
Update: The list of sites has grown to long to keep track of and people found this write-up confusing. Also this page is commentary and observations about affiliate websites. It does not offer opinions, observations, or commentary about the offers being promoted through the sites as often affiliates run websites that company's they are promoting don't even know about.
Here are the main points:
There are many sites using the same names with different photos.
There are many sites with different names showing the SAME check.
There are many sites with the same photo with different names.
The routing number on the check that many of the sites share is invalid.

I came across a michaelmakesmoney.com advertisement this morning. It stated he was a dissatisfied hotel manager who lost a job at an investment firm. I came across a similar ad months ago with the same photos of him (or claiming it was him)and his cute little wife where he said he was a firefighter in my hometown. I recognized it as a scam from the beginning. I posted a comment on the site about it. I'm a veteran police officer and this kind of stuff really pisses me off. Folks, be careful with your money.
5:50 pm
Thanks, JC.
I have about 100 more to add and that one wasn't on the list yet.

Why doesnt someone put these people who post about making money by simply posting links on Google in jail. They are obviously scamming people. Funny thing is, you'll see an area of the site saying comments: and then you go to make one but there is no way to do so.. the site is set up to reload the first page and/or they'll have this bogus piece typed up saying 'removed due to spamming'
I would love to contact these scam artist and tell them that they are being reported to authorites for falisification of a business. I think Google should be after them, as well.
People like that need to be stopped. I wish I could find these people's email addresses and report them to fraud watch international.
how annoying!!!
I have a link that is for a $4 online web business and it really does work.. I know it's peanuts for most to even consider, but after joining it about a week ago, I have had 4 people sign up.. so I know it works. I know it's not thousands of dollars being earned but it is something…and in this economy, every little bit helps. At least I know it's not a scam.
6:35 pm
The fake blogs are still rolling in.
There are tons of them listed in the article about
making money posting links on Google scam
Here are some of the more recent fake blogs that have popped up:
6:40 pm
EH , one of those sites is my actual blog listed above, and I did/was making around $5k/mo at the time of that posting, it since increased quite a bit, however I never updated the blog…………is there a problem?
10:43 pm
Paul ….I want to marry Audrey!! What's one husband more or less? As long as she's got dough, she's the one for me!! True love!
Wow!! Talk about incest!!
Contacted you some time ago and, thanks to your comments, didn't give those scammers one dime.
I'm reasonably sure SOMEONE'S making money on this site ….probably Brad, Kevin and many others.
Thanks, Paul.

Mr. Swackhammer:
I'm really, really interested to find out exactly how you were making five gees a month and are now making more.
Please explain how you do it and if the explanation's succinct enough, I'll be happy to invest, but only if I can come in "under" you in your downline.
Tell me a story, please.
Bob
11:17 pm
Wow, thanks for posting. Law enforcement is starting to go after affiliates promoting hidden negative option offers, but they will likely only go after the bigger affiliates, so sounds like you're doing chump change compared to most of them – so looks like you're good.
I love your line at Internet-Ads-Review.com where you say:
"Requires effort, you will have to work at least 15 to 30 minutes a day on this program".
Classic.
By the way, I thought your name was Mark L.
11:47 pm
LOL!
Bob, that's hilarious about Audrey.
What I don't understand is why people running these sites don't at least change the names of the people in the stories.
11:48 pm
Bob,
I'm not placing your name, by the way. Did you contact me by email or in one of the blog discussions?
12:02 am
One last comment about these hidden negative option scams increasing in popularity – you can take a look at the KevinsMoneyTree.org write-up here to see how traffic is creating AFTER the 7/3/2009 FTC Press Release on Operation Short Change.
Trend Micro also put out an interesting report recently about Estonian CyberCrime which bears a lot of similarities to many of the networked organizations and corporate entity locations used for many of the hidden negative option offers.
The Economist published this story recently about the results of a test done by Jason Sharman on financial anonymity and crime.
"He began by identifying on the internet players that offer to set up front companies, and solicited 45 bids. In 17 cases, these service providers kindly provided the requested shell without bothering to check on the actual identity of the client. And it was not expensive: $800 to $3000. Interestingly, only four of these providers were located in tax havens (TJN: we presume they mean "classic" tax havens of the popular imagination), while 13 were located in OECD countries claiming to keep to the rules of verification: seven in Great Britain, four in the United States, one in Spain, and one in Canada."
This is likely why you see so many UK and Nevada addresses associated with the Google Biz Kit scams.
Whether or not there are also ties to Estonian Crime rings in these situations as there are in the Trojan Horse download cases covered in the Trend Micro paper, I don't know.
I do recall over this past year quite a few people complaining about trojans and viruses on the discs they received in the mail from the companies.

My buddy called me earlier and said he bought a google kit from profitstudiolearning.com is it on the up and up?
