		<description>I have made several attempts to get my $174.00 credited back to my account. Premier Bank has neglected to handle my dispute in regards to this charge that was charged to my credit card via Wyndham Vacation Getaways back in March 09. Wyndham charged me this fee to upgrade a hotel room from a 1BR to a 2 BR per my request. I paid this amount but did not get the upgrade and had to stay at a different hotel.
I have received conflicting information from the customer service dept and they refuse to let me speak to anyone in the disputes dept. This has been an own going problem for months now. I have completed a dispute form, made several calls to these people &amp; faxed in documents supporting my reason for a dispute. I have implemented all of the necessary actions to get my money back.
