4/11/2009 DEBITCARD:PURCHASE 866 957 0020 UT 04/09/09 FOR REFUNDS CALL86 ($72.21) $486.36

      4/1/2009 DEBITCARD:PURCHASE 866 957 0020 UT 03/30/09 FOR REFUNDS CALL86 ($1.97) $398.34
I already post the same things everywhere people are enraged about Google. Now I do not care if It was Google or not, because anyone seeing this Ads, with the google Mark and everything will think is google. It is google for me and i do not care, Google as a Corporation should have already deleted all these ads if it wasn't their. And The payment was made to google chest treasury, and im not retarded. Google took $ 72.21 dollars on my account 10 days after i purchased that stupid kit online. I just wanted to know what it was all about, from being tired of looking at it from facebook to myspace. On top of that, Google signed me up for some website that will deduct $ 36.77 dollars after the free trial. Ok! What free trial? I don’t recall doing any of that. Im a college student, and money is very valuable to me even if i only have about $ 400. I WANT MY $ 72.21 BACK. That is some BS, if they don’t,since i told them straight i want my money back, 9 days ago, and the girl said i will. Somebody Lawsuit google already, so we can all have out money back. Money that i need to keep me alive. F**** Google.

First off Google Tree is in no way affiliated with Google. google tree customer service is based in draper utah at a company named platinum teleperformance 405 e 12450 S. they do customer service for a number of these scams that are all the same, just use different websites. The employees are trained to not give any refunds even when a refund is do. Only way to get a refund is to return the disc that is sent, but most of the time you are lucky if they even send one out. As for not being able to talk to the supervisors, they don't exist. They have "managers" but they are nothing more than the person sitting next to them on the floor.

Contact the financial institute you used to set up your GMT account. Tell them that you have been scammed. They will want you to fill out appropiate paperwork detailing your envolvement and the actions of GMT. Be very specific that you did not in any manner authorize GMT to take any funds out of your account, that the only agreement you made was to initially pay the small $ amount advertised on their web site. Probably around $3.00 or $4.00 US. Ask the finaicial institute to stop any additional financial transfers from your personal account to GMT and ask them to try an recoup the funds already fraudently taken by GMT. There are no guarentees that they are going to be able to get your monies back.
In my personal case a bank credit card was used, the bank recovered the monies and canceled the credit card, reissuing me another credit card with a different number.
File with the Better Business Bureau in your specific area and with your State of residence. Also read the posts, there are other options open to you other than dialing a non-existant toll free number. File the paperwork, submit your claims, and be patient>>this may take a month or longer to get resolved. Need be cancel your credit card and contact the corporation you have it through to assure no other transactions are processed by GMT. Good Luck!

The number is 1-866-870-4257. I am also filing with my bank, the Nevada BBB, Las Vegas BBB, The Indiana BBB, the Indiana States Attorney, the Federal Trade Bureau, and the FBI. I have made numerous attempts with Googlemoneytree to no avail. They said they will not refund my money without me returning the stupid CD (which they never sent me).

The number is 1-866-870-4257
My problem is that they never even sent me the CD. They told me to contact the United States Post Office, which I did. They have no record that it was sent and Googlemoney tree will not refund any of my money without me sending the CD back (THAT I NEVER RECEIVED). I am currantly filing withmy bank, the BBB, the Federal Trade Commission, and the FBI. Good luck to all.
