Adwords advertiser says "I forgot" scamming people was illegal…

I was just reading through the Google help forum where an advertiser who got his account banned for promoting a scammy bizopp CPA offer and said about the following email he got from Google:

"Subject: Your AdWords account: Account Suspension

Message:
It's come to our attention that you have submitted ads that promote Google Money Tree or ads that promote a misrepresented affiliation with Google. Due to multiple complaints from our users and publishers, we've made the decision not to accept these ads.

This is a notification that your account has been suspended due to the submission of these ads and your ads will no longer run on Google. Please note that future accounts you open will also be suspended.

As noted in our Terms and Conditions, Google reserves the right to terminate advertisements for any reason. To view our Terms and Conditions, please visit https://adwords.google.com/select/tsandcsfinder.

We appreciate your cooperation.

You have received this mandatory email service announcement to update you about important changes to your AdWords product or account."

The banned advertiser said:

"I was promoting a Bizop CPA Offer, for the past week which apparently is against Google's TOS, and sadly I didn't get a warning or anything, but rather just this email.

I'm absolutely devastated, since I've essentially been left jobless, had 2.5k US in my account (prepaid, although if worse comes to worst I am sure I'll be able to withdraw it), and I was spending $1,000 a day in advertising.

I've contacted Google so hopefully I'll be able to get my account restored, what's worse is they also suspended my friend's accounts who were linked to mine in MyClientCentre.

Anyone know if I'll be able to get my account back? Hopefully Google will be kind and forgive me (no doubt I've learnt my lesson), if not it looks like I'll be out looking for a job this week to pay the rent."

I guess the guy "forgot" that running bizop scams was illegal.
