BRILLIANT. I can't tell you how many times I've had the same experience. They fail, won't listen, already believe they are experts, and yet want training. In my line of work I've actually found there are certain people who will say this exact sentence: "I really should be up there, teaching this with you." NEVER let someone who says that come to one of your courses! Bad brains! THIS….IS…. BRILLIANT. I can't tell you how many times I've had the same experience. They fail, won't listen, already believe they are experts, and yet want training.

In my line of work I've actually found there are certain people who will say this exact sentence: "I really should be up there, teaching this with you." NEVER let someone who says that come to one of your courses! Bad brains!
