Ontario, in my opinion, is even worse than Nevada.  You can create a numbered company, get a bank account, within hours.

Unfortunately, to search out directors and shareholders in Ontario is cost prohibitive.  Quite unlike what Florida provides - Florida has a very good online search for directors, corporations, and other entities.</description>

This has been the standard trick con criminals use: cross jurisdictional lines which increases the complexity of the government or regulator&#039;s file, don&#039;t steal in your home court because you need to bank there, and close down the scam after 8 months.

You can see this pattern more clearly in vending fraud, but the pattern is the same with online fake affiliate marketing scams.

The blurring of the short con, in this case identity theft, with the longer con, is something new.  But it is directly related to the international market for the suckers list.</description>
