The following is a list of free keyword utility programs useful for keyword manipulation and/or keyword list expansion after doing research with other keyword tools (I will put out a separate list of those):

These are keyword utilities primarily used to manipulate, expand, or analyze keyword lists that have been generated from keyword research tools.

Google Suggest:

Good for verifying correct spelling or additional keyword suggestions.

Keyword List Dedupers:

Paste in your list of key terms and this tool will remove any duplicate entries. It will also re-order the list alphabetically

Keyword List Generators:

Allows you to generate a large number of keyword phrases based on permutations of keywords you enter.

3 Keyword Combination Tools from Ranks.nl

These tools go beyond the typical linkers & permutators, by allowing the user to specify additional results criteria like:

1) Don't include phrases starting with a certain keyword.
2) Don't change the order of certain keywords (e.g. "on line")
3) For two word combinations generated, give both the
AB and BA results.
