What's funny is the disclaimer itself which states:

"We are not affiliated in any way with CNN, WebTV, News Channel 7, ABC, NBC, CBS, U.S. News or FOX."

WebTV? Besides of course all of those "as seen on" claims you see on all of the Google Kit products being fake, how could the claim to have been seen on WebTV even be relevant?

Besides, WebTV was purchased and renamed by Microsoft anyhow: "MSN TV2, the latest version of MSN TV is an Internet & Media Player that requires no software to buy or install. It includes: an internet media player, a wireless remote, a wireless keyboard, a telephone line T-splitter, a phone cord, an audio/video cable and a power supply. The price of the device is Free."

This reminds me of the hilarious 3HourProfits.com "As Seen On" claim discussed here.

Well, so far that certainly doesn't seem to be the case. In fact it seems more like the scammers are saying "catch me if you can!" For example, take some of the new fake news sites popping up.

Many of them make claims that are significantly more preposterous than the ones made by the sites in the original WorkAtHomeTruth post called Are Fake News Sites the Next Gold Rush?

For example, the sites CompanyTest.org and CompanyRecruit.com make the following bizarre and completely untrue statement in their fake news reports:

"Google has now officially released their new "work from home" system out to the public. There will be thousand of spots available that are expected to go very soon in the next few days.

The way this works is very simple, Google says.

First you will need to apply for their work from home kits. Google has release a limited amount of kits, all distributed through local websites in your area, which will cost $1.97 of shipping and handling to the public.

Google says this charge is made to cover shipping costs but also to separate the people that are serious about working with them through this program.

Once you have ordered your kit (if you are one of the lucky few to get availability in your area) then you will receive a package that will contain all the instructions you need to start working from home for the online titan."

Don't believe any of this for a moment. This is all just a new variation of the old Make Money Posting Links on Google Scam explained by Michael Brown here.

The other BIG WIN for the fake news sites is their addition of the Consumer Reports logo to the traditional misleading As Seen and Trusted On ABC, CBS, CNBC, MSNBC, CNN, USA Today, Forbes, and AOL statement.

It's pretty tough to keep up with all the fake news sites as they continue to pop up like weeds. Just a very quick search popped up a whole new list of them that weren't covered in the original post about fake news…

• "Alexa Nichols" who asks the quite foreboding question, "Now who’s an idiot, huh?"
• "Livvy Feldman" who threw away her entire career as a web designer after stumbling across the DataMoneyOnline.com website.
• And…"Stu T. James" – his buddies call him "Stu". Actually I don't know what his buddies call him since his name probably isn't "Stu T. James", but if it was "Stu T. James" they'd probably call him "Stu".

Was the "Gene Truman" photo stolen?

I couldn't find the photo of founder "Gene Truman" on any stock photo sites, but the photo itself looks oddly familiar…I think it may be the photo of a member of a well-known marketing forum, but I haven't been able to pinpoint it yet. However, as you'll see later, if that IS the case the most likely explanation is that the photo was stolen.

What about video testimonials at DataMoneyOnline?

I know what you're thinking. Surely those video testimonials at DataMoneyOnline must be real, right? Right?

Pay close attention to the Job Description – especially the following part:

"I will give you a script you will have to memorize and speak out on a simple web cam."

NOTE: I have no proof that this is what DataMoneyOnline did, but apparently it is something that is done. Remember I found THREE such projects just quickly searching ONE freelance marketplace.

But fair is fair, right? After all DataMoneyOnline PROMISES not to charge you until you make money according to their Terms (sort of, anyhow):

"DataMoneyOnline.com is a unique program which guarantees that its members will make money within 24 hours of completion of the step-by-step free trial contained within the training program. Our system is designed to track the progress of our members as they complete each step of the training scheme – we will come to know when a User starts to make money using the system. Hmm. OK. Maybe that wasn't the best example. But anyhow, apparently it's really easy to make thousands of dollars really, really fast.

Not to worry, you can easily resolve any dispute you might have via a quick trip to Kolkata, West Bengal, India according to their privacy policy (umm, why is that section in their privacy policy)? Here you go:

"Governing law

This policy and the use of this Site are governed by Indian law. If a dispute arises under this Policy we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.

This all seemed so familiar…

I had a nagging feeling throughout analyzing DataMoneyOnline that a lot of it seemed very familiar. But I checked through the WorkAtHomeTruth site and couldn't find any research I had done on DataMoneyOnline.

However, after a bit more digging I figured out what was going on.

There is another site I reviewed a while back called MakeMoneyStudio (reviewed here) which was loaded with stock photo testimonials.

Taking a look at nameservers, it turns out that both DataMoneyOnline.com and MakeMoneyStudio.com are sharing the following nameservers:

Is this the work of ongoing marketing menace Vipul Gupta?

About a year ago I recall running across some questionable "Data Entry" sites run by someone allegedly named Vipul Gupta who seemed to be operating out of West Bengal, India.

Sure enough, DataEntryCompany.com not only shares the same name servers as DataMoneyOnline.com and MakeMoneyStudio.com:

DataMoneyOnline.com takes off after the FTC crackdown

 Final note: Once again we see an extremely questionable site taking off like crazy just after the FTC Operation ShortChange crack down. DataMoneyOnline is shon trending towards 1 MILLION Unique visitors per month.

The organization is called PTVPartner and PTVPartner itself encourages you to do your due diligence when they state:

"This Is The Perfect "Free Money" Strategy
That Will Not Keep You Up At Night
From Worry!

Perhaps this sounds too good to be true. You wouldn't be the first to think that. Nor will you be the last. But from the start, we are telling you honestly, with conviction that, after reading this release and doing your own due diligence, you will never be "ordinary" again!"

So think of this information as a way of helping you with the due diligence that PTVPartner.com themselves recommends.

First of all, Sebastian Foss' is listed as one of the top 100 spammers in the SpamHaus, which profiles him this way:

"(Sebastian Foss) Lives in Germany, has used addresses in New York. He's involved in many Internet schemes and scams including e-mail and blog spamming, and MMF/MLM. He spams via proxies on dynamic IP addresses, has bulletproof hosting in China, and is involved in malware."

It's important to understand that the GoogleCashMachine product and many OTHER questionable products have borrowed the name of an old LEGITIMATE product for poor quality products or even out right scams.

The ones who keep throwing away their money in programs like True-Money.com that can never possibly work based on pure math. And those who actually realize that they will have to do some real WORK to build a business.

The dead giveaway that a program like True-Money.com is destined for failure is the statement "No Recruiting Required". Programs like these have NEVER been sustainable and they NEVER will be. And even if they WERE somehow mathematically sustainble, it would take a huge amount of media buying knowledge to make it all happen – but again, I see no way that a program like True-Money.com can be self-sustaining.

And why are the SAME people giving testimonials several times on the testimonials page?

And how about those 445.34 worth of products with resale rights? NOPE!

Some of those products have been floating around the internet since the early 2000s and have been given away free all over the place. If I were to stretch my imagination a bit, I MIGHT consider the whole package to be worth maybe 20 bucks.

If you keep getting suckered into programs like True-Money.com only to be disappointed – here's a tip…

The Teeth Whitening Money Miracle!

Today I stumbled across the bizarrely named website TeethWhiteningHerald.com – which did have the courtesy to tell me it was an "ADVERTISEMENT" – although for what I'm not sure.

On the one hand we're told the story of "Jessica", a native of Columbia, MD who confesses that, "As a smoker and a regular coffee drinker, I have embarrassing yellow stains on my teeth."

She then vaguely hints at some sort of 2-step teeth whitening process and ends her story by saying, ""I started getting compliments everywhere I went, my friends thought I had gone and paid for laser teeth whitening."

Apparently her story inspired a lot of people…

…to start making money on GOOGLE!

NewYorkMinuteNews.com provides the following disclaimer at the top if it's site:

"This publication is an article advertisement for Google Money Master."

And then goes on to make the bold statement – a.k.a "a lie" that:

"Google created this tool called Google Money Masters and those that learn this system, within days start making an incrediable income."

Maybe mispelling the word "incredible" as "incrediable" is part of their disclaimer.

But the big lie is that Google did NOT create a tool called Google Money Masters, although I have to give NewYorkMinuteNews.com credit for going beyond implying a connection with Google and outright lying it's bu** off and claiming that Google created Google Money Masters. LOL!

Sorry, I just can't stop shaking my head.

What other lies can we tell once we have a disclaimer up?

Now of course having a disclaimer up doesn't mean you can just do anything you want in your sales message, but apparently NewYorkMinuteNews.com doesn't play by the "old rules".

For example they state:

'Below is an excerpt from one site.

"Basically I actually make around $5,500 to $7,000 a month from Google. Not a ton of money. But, very solid and good. I was able to replace my previous job's income, working less than 10 hours a week on my computer at home." – Kevin H."'

Of course anyone who's been around the Make Money Posting Links on Google scam for any amount of time knows that Kevin H. refers to the infamous Kevin Hoeffer, a fictional character of questionable reputation (that's kind of an odd statement itself…LOL).

In fact he's apparently so disreputable that he's getting kicked off his own sites!

• KevinGetsSecurity.com is now features the fictional character David Anderson in place of Kevin Hoeffer
• KevinsMoneyBlog.com now features the fictional character Kevin Steinbach who apparently has a much better method than the rest since he says "I'M ONLY 24 BUT I MAKE AT LEAST $20,000 a Month Posting Links on Google, Doing Almost NOTHING!" I mean who wants those OTHER systems that claim you can make $5,000/month posting "a link" on Google when Kevin Steinbach states he is doing almost NOTHING and making $20,000/month!?
• KevinGetsTheGreen.com now redirects to EricMakesTheMoney.com

So much for NewYorkMinuteNews.com's "Kevin H." reference.

What else can we "learn" from NewYorkMinuteNews.com?

Well, apparently different people live in the "online world" than live in the "real world" since NewYorkMinuteNews.com states:

"With more time on their hands, many New Yorkers (And people in Canada and the United Kingdom) are getting creative and turning to the online world for help."

I suppose you could make the argument that different people live in the "online world", but I'll leave that up to the socialologists to decide. Also, maybe they can tell us what this new definition of "help" is in the "online world".

Apparently all rules of spelling also go out the window in the "online world"

Here are few choice "exapmles" of the new rules of spelling in the "online world" of NewYorkMinuteNews.com:

• "It has become common 'knowldege' of people doing well for themselves on the internet"
• "within days start making an 'incrediable' income"
• "Easy 'Goggle' Profits does work"
• "I'm sure 'your' smart, Like Me"

If I'm so "smart", why am I so "average"?

On the one hand NewYorkMinuteNews tells me, "any average individual, even You can start making a decent income online".

But just 3 short paragraphs later I'm told, "I'm sure your smart, Like Me".

Hopefully I'm smart enough not to believe all the "hype"

Speaking of "hype"…can someone explain NewYorkMinuteNews' use of quotation marks in the following example:

"…all of us have received an email promoting the idea of a multi-million dollar fortune only if we help some member of the Royal Nigerian Family. However,  Google Money Master does not appear to get caught up in this 'hype'."

Is NewYorkMinuteNews telling us the Nigerian 419 scams are NOT hype? I'm so "confused" "now".

Who are "they" anyhow?

Towards the end of the "news" "article" is the statement, "All you have to do to get started is pay around $2.00 to have this Google Kit shipped to you. Their website also states that 'Satisfaction is 100% Guaranteed'".

But who are "they"? The sales process at NewYorkMinuteNews goes something like this:

First I'm told, "Google created this tool called Google Money Masters and those that learn this system, within days start making an incrediable income."

Later I'm told, "Easy Goggle Profits does work"

Then at the end of the "article" is a link to "Google Money Masters official site"

Next I click on the Google Money Masters link takes me to ProfitCenterLearning.com which tells me at the bottom of the page that, "*Google™ does not endorse or sponsor this site and is in no way affiliated with FastCash using Google" and also tells me in the Terms and Conditions, "By submitting an order, You automatically receive a 7-day trial to the Start Up Kit Using Google".

Oh, and just when I thought it couldn't get any stranger, I noticed that the Terms and Conditions on the ProfitCenterLearning.com site tell me that I'm agreeing to Terms and Conditions on a completely DIFFERENT site called ProfitStudioLearning.com:
