Elizabeth is upset that we didn’t set up a call center and also apparently took a poll of every person on the entire planet. Here’s what she says:

I don’t want to start a business but would like to work at home for someone. From what I understand, that doesn’t really happen much. You have done a wonderful job of explaining and helping and have made me think this is not what I really want. Thanks.
