“USANA Health Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: USNA) announced that a California State court has dismissed the distributor class action suit, Johnson v. USANA, filed in 2007 against the company and certain of its officers, distributors and directors. The Plaintiffs agreed to request that the court dismiss the case with prejudice after plaintiffs reviewed recent evidence and determined there was no longer any merit to maintaining a class action lawsuit.”
