Recently, I noticed a website called WorkAtHome-Truth.com

Of course as the owner of WorkAtHomeTruth.com I was curious to see what the other site WorkAtHome-Truth.com was all about, when it was registered, etc., what products the other site was recommending, etc.

The WorkAtHomeTruth.com domain (the site you’re on) was registered on 6-9-2005 as you can see via the image on the left which was taken from the DomainTools.com WhoIS history tool.

The WorkAtHome-Truth.com site on the other hand was registered by a couple different people in 2007 and 2008, expired, and then was registered again on May 15, 2009.

But there are many more aspects of the WorkAtHome-Truth.com site more interesting than the date is was registered.

For example, the “Senior reviewer” at WorkAtHome-Truth.com – “Doug Smith” seems to only recommend work at home programs that are ALSO hosted on the same IP address as his WorkAtHome-Truth.com site.

Why is that important? Because often when there are a limited number of websites on the same IP address, it can be an indicator that the websites are owned by the same company or person.

For example, “Doug Smith’s” WorkAtHome-Truth.com site is hosted on IP as you can see in the picture below:

What about “Doug Smith’s” number one recommended Work At Home Program – AffiliateHijack.net? Yep, it’s on the same IP address as the WorkAtHome-Truth.com as you can see here:

Doug Smith’s #2 recommended program – PerfectMoneyFormula.com is also on IP 70.86.122.266 as you can see here:

And finally, “Doug Smith’s” third recommendation – SurveysCompany.com is also on IP 70.86.122.226 as shown below:
