Finding the perfect job opportunity isn easier than you'd think... follow me as I reveal how to land your dream job and avoid work from home scams at the same time...

By Mr. Work @ Home, Publisher of WorkAtHomeTruth.com

If you ever asked yourself, "Where can I find the perfect dream jobs available in my area so I can work from home"... I might have great news for you.

But first here's the bad news -- most webistes offering the "perfect job opportunity" are merely scams in disguise. They make unrealistic claims like, "Make $15,000.00 a month working from your kitchen table while wearing your underwear" and other "hyped-up claims".

And once you decide to hand over your hard-earned money to find your dream job, you quickly realize you've been scammed into some MLM scheme disguised as a work at home job opportunity.

In my investigation to find the perfect job, HomeJobStop is (by far) the most impressive job search site I've tested to date. Yes, it's not free (although it's VERY fairly priced for what you get in return).

Hidden inside the membership area of HomeJobStop is a converted PDF book called, Finding The Perfect Job... yes, the book was published in 2002 -- but don't let that concern you because it's stuffed with excellent ideas and strategies to help you find the perfect job opportunity with jobs available in my area (and yours).

Finding The Perfect Job

Finding The Perfect Job in 30 days or less

If you're already a member of HomeJobStop, I highly suggests logging into your membership to download their nifty 113-page PDF book titled, Finding The Perfect Job... unfortunately, it's a bit hard to find. But the good news is hunting it down is worth the effort.

I found many of the job searching tips and ideas were solid. I've personally used many of the same strategies to land me high-paying, rewarding jobs. I'm confident reading Finding The Perfect Job ebook over your next lunch break is one of the best investments in yourself ever. At the same time, I'm guessing about half of the book is fluff... basic strategies on how to find the perfect job that you probably already knew... ... That's why I've highlighted the dream job "nuggets" for you below... they're my favorite job search tips and strategies found inside, "Finding The Perfect Job":

Ask yourself one question
Successful people find daily affirmations (definition goes here) helps focus on attaining goals.

That may be true, but I find daily affirmations in the form of a question is VERY powerful.

For example:

What do I neeed to do today to pick from 3 great work at home jobs.

This daily excercise offers the benefits of a daily affirmation. Plus it gets your brain thinking about the steps to your success.

In addition to affirmations in question form, I find imagining success -- perhaps thinking how my typical day from home might look like... is extremely helpful.

It's for that reason I suggest starting with the ideas found in the end of Fontaine's book first, and work our way back.

Show me the money
You might be surprised by this #1 rule: the best time to get a raise comes just before you accept that new job.

Think about it... hiring for a new position is a lot of work and quite costly. And once the employer has emotionally given up the hunt to fill an empty position, they're often itchy to move on.

That's why you should never, ever accept the first offer an employer gives you.

If you're like most, this might scare you. Don't fret -- you're not alone if you hate negotiating... I'm quite shy myself.

Make sure to see the bottom of page 103 to see how to find hidden listings in the HomeJobStop.com for effortless ideas to boost your compensation before you accept the job. (Definately see the bottom of page 105 on how to get paid a signing bonus AND make your employer look like a hero at the same time.)

Create your own highlight reel
Make a pledge to yourself to keep a simple journal or folder of your accomplishments.

Be your own boss... make a note of a job well done -- complete with the date and time. You'd be surpised how fast your "accompliishment folder" builds.

Make sure to follow the ideas on pages page 109 and page 110 on how to present your "self review" to give yourself an instant raise.

Test your resume before you print it
Perhaps the best part is the offer on page 112 ... the author gives out a "resume critique coupon" -- giving you a way to send your resume for ideas on how to improve it (before you invest the time and money sending it to employers).

Here's the fast and easy way to find the perfect job
Now that you're ready to go once you've got the job, it's time to start at the beginning and get noticed by your future employer:

Cover letter vs. resume
Surprisingly, job finding experts find employers rarely review cover letters -- instead, they focus the majority of their time on your resume. It's for that reason author Paul Fontaine suggests investing most of your efforts on your resume.

Get rewarded for plagerism
In fact on page 37, Mr. Fontaine reveals a great tip on how to use the employer's help wanted ad in your resume -- it offers a nifty way to have your resume stand out from the crowd.

Look for key words or skills featured in the help wanted ad. If you possess these skills, make sure to feature it in your resume. When you do, it impresses the employer -- revealing you've actually invested the time to carefully read the help wanted ad.

Copy and paste these resume formulas
Make sure to visit page 35 for three excellent resume formulas to help you tweak your resume and build rapport with your furture employer.

Create a one-line talking point
One highly effective way to make your resume stand out from the crowd is to include a unique "talking point" on your resume that makes your resume stand out.

How to handle a light resume
Make sure to visit page 43 as author Robert Half of Some Resume Objectives Do More Harm Than Good as he offers a humorous way of showing job objective statements that might have backfired on applicants.

... And while Mr. Half isn't the biggest fan of including a job objective statement in your resume, job expert Paul Fontaine offers really helpful examples (both good and bad) on how to create the best job objective statement to make your resume stand out (and give you a leg up on your resume).
