It is funny, I am going through the SAME thing with this company and I CHECKED the BBB before I did this and NO complaints, so I tried it out,I got a guy named "Tony" when this all went south. My question is why weren't there ANY complaints on this company with the BBB? I looked up the number(just put it into the search bar) and all these complaints came up. I have ALL my emails to back this up. Almost $250.00 out of my pocket now!
