eAuctionSuccess.com – Not Recommended

eAuctionSuccess.com is a site run by a company called Pacific WebWorks which entered into a settlement agreement with the Utah Division of Consumer Protection on August 26, 2007.

What’s amazing and alarming though, is the history of the company AFTER that settlement agreement in which they agreed to:

“a) to comply with all of the requirements of the Utah Consumer Sales Practices Act and all other laws and rules administered by the Division;
b) to provide the Division with evidence that the consumers listed in the agreement have been made whole;
c) to pay a fine, a portion of which was stayed for the company’s compliance with the agreement;
d) to comply with all of the requirements of the Utah Consumer Sales Practices Act and all other laws administered by the Division, acknowledging that any complaints received by the Division regarding transactions entered into after the date of the agreement shall be subject to administrative or other legal action”

Read about what the company ACTUALLY did after they agreed to all of this in this write-up.

GoogleBizKit.com – NOT recommended

There is a site called GoogleBizKit.com that currently redirects to another site called ProfitCenterLearning.com, which is a site run by a company called Pacific WebWorks.

I highly recommend you read this write-up about ProfitCenterLearning.com and Pacific WebWorks which goes into detail about several BBB complaints filed against the company, a government action taken against the Pacific WebWorks and their subsequent settlement and additional websites that they run in addition to the GoogleBizKit site.

You’ll want to especially pay attention to the types of complaints discussed on that page and the more recent complaints and how they compare to past complaints that led to the government action in the first place.
