Among the many, many fake news sites flooding the interent these days, perhaps News6Today stands head and shoulders above the rest when it comes to making bizarre claims. Not only does News6Today.com start out with a headline that has nothing to do with the rest of the story, but it even goes so far as to include a video that appears to be of a workshop run by Google to make it appears as if the people in the video are talking about the SimplePaychecks product that it lists in the fake news story.

And in case you don’t know what “fake news sites” are you might want to read this post called “Are Fake News Sites the Next Gold Rush?”
Once you read those sites you’ll realize that the following claims from News6Today…
“If you live in America and you have been wanting to work from home, you might be in luck. Google has now released a new “Work From Home Program” that will allow Americans to work for the titan from the comfort of their own homes.
To thousands of Americans this means that they will soon have a safe and bright future working for one of the fastest growing companies in the world.”
…are not beyond misleading.
