NOTE: I hate to beat a dead horse, but I want to make clear that WorkAtHomeTruth has NEVER recommended any type of Google Success Kit trial offer. Why anyone would think that after reading our information about Google Success Kit trial offers is baffling.
Again!…WorkAtHomeTruth has NEVER recommended any Google success kit trial offer and based on what we know so far we never will. In fact, the chance of one coming anywhere near our top 10 recommended home businessest would be ZERO.
I’ve been seeing complaints about a product called “Google Success Kit” that seems to rival the product Google Money Tree in terms of how much people hate it. Of course, if it’s at all like the GoogleMoneyTree product I could definitely see why.
4/14/2009 update: There are so many products with different names that sound similar that it’s getting hard to know which product people are talking about. Therefor the updates below from February may or may not be about the product your looking for information on. You’ll need to read through the discussion, too. One person – Sarah – recently posted about a product called Instant Google Kit – also called Google Startup Kit which within the terms and conditions includes a subscription to a product called IPlanFinancial.
2/25/2009 update: This product has NOTHING to do with Paul Easton’s JustMoreWebsiteTraffic product.
2/10/2009 update: now the customer service for Google Success Kit seems to be bordering on excellent. So mostly the complaints seem to be about other aspects of the business.
2/2/2009 update: Google Money Tree (mentioned above) has made significant improvements (in my opinion) to their order process since this was written.
2/2/2009 update: so far based on the feedback I’m seeing, Google Success Kit for the most part is providing reliable customer service.
But I’ve been trying to figure out where people are getting the Google Success Kit. I’ve searched for it and so far I’ve been unable to find the version people are complaining about. The GoogleSuccessKit complaints seem to center around allegations of unauthorized monthly charges for $11.95 per month and $4.95 per month after taking a $1.00 trial offer.
Not, I’ll be curious to see if it says “trial” offer – just recently I was looking at another product called EarnCashFastWithGoogle where I actually had to look into the source code of the web page to find the word “trial”. :-0
If anyone can remember the actual PAGE where they filled out there information to get the Google Success Kit I’d love to see it so I can see what they are doing to generate so many complaints. Also, if warranted I’ll post the same information that I posted in the LONG discussion about GoogleMoneyTree here about where to file complaints, etc.
NOTE: WorkAtHomeTruth has NEVER recommended the Google Success Kit and based on what we know so far we never will. In fact, the chance of it coming anywhere near our top 10 recommended home businessest would be ZERO.
Apparently the Google Success Kit made one person so mad that they said that even if the product made them a millionaire they wouldn’t want anything to do with their company.
Which brings up another point about the “Google Kit” type products – 99.9% of the time the REAL company Google has NOTHING to do with them. They are using Google’s name without Google’s permission! But I’m sure the average person who sees the name GoogleSuccessKit doesn’t know that.
So far I’ve only found sites promoting the Google Success Kit that have a $1.87 charge. I haven’t found one with a $1 charge so if someone can point me to the one that has the $1.00 trial offer I’d like to see it.
Also, the only phone number I’ve seen about the GoogleSuccessKit product is 1-800-659-1473 which apparently routes people to quickcashsupport.com.
Obviously, if anyone’s had any success in canceling their Google Success Kit or getting a refund, please post how you did it in the comments and then I’ll move it up to this main section.

Haha, a friend stumbled on this “news article” and forwarded it to me… thought it looked interesting…
http://wallstreetnews9.com/as.htm?t202id=11931&t202kw=bizaTV113
It is interesting, and almost sounds too good to be true. But I couldn’t help notice this wasn’t a Wall Street news center, like the link implied. And the article was worded strange… “Mary Steadman lost her “boring” job as an account rep for a”… wait a minute, “boring job”? Is this an article, or an ad?
And then I found this blog page. I’m so glad I did. Haha, one of the above commentators pointed out this other “news article”…
http://www.thelosangelesjournal.com/?t202id=81751&t202kw=Winamp+-+Run+of+Site
Ah, now it’s the Los Angeles Journal! Yet something’s oddly familiar about it. xD
It seems Google got more than a few complaints of people “asking for refunds” on Success Kits they never authorized. Google finally caught up with one of the bigger ones…. and they’re going to court for misleading people using their name and logo in advertising:

Stuff like this happens all the time on the internet. It’s nothing new. But it’s a good reminder to look-up reviews on the internet, BEFORE giving your Credit Card information (even for a free trial) to any company you haven’t dealt with before.
Oh, this is also a reminder to READ THE SMALL PRINT before giving out your personal information.
In the case of the “Google Success Kit”, it outright says at the bottom of the page (paraphrasing) “this is a 7 day trial, after which you agree to purchase the bonus materials/service on a monthly basis. This is billed at $81.32 monthly.”
Wow. That’s some detail to bury at the bottom.
Also, look at the PRIVACY POLICY of sites before submitting confidental information. I’ve seen all too many “free trials/offers” that’ll share my email and info. Not as “free” as they implied… I pay with my personal info.
Basically, don’t rush. Don’t give your info without thought.
It took me 2 minutes to read the fine print for this Google Success Kit. Take the 2 minutes, and avoid becoming the victim. You can’t get something for nothing in this world. And if you insist on putting no effort in, not even to read fine print, well that’s the sort of customer the scamming industry is looking for….
“Look before you leap.” And believe me, even though it’s so easy to give out your information on the internet, it is a dangerous leap…
i just signed up for the google kit and they gave me this number 1-602-792-9883 said if i have any questions to call them should i cancel now are you saying this really is a scam
Hi,
I just wanted to say that I really am not a part of this whole scam thing and maybe because the site link I clicked on was gaining at a goal more towards entrepenuerial skills than posting site links however I have kind of felt a little bit useful. However they did charge me $2.03 (not the original $1.87) and that is all that I have for charges. I started this on 11/27/2009 (Black Friday) and that so far is the only charge that I see. I am surprised that I am one of the few people that actually have not been ripped off completely. (If I am worried about $0.16, then I think everyone in the entire world has bigger issues than I do. That also was probably tax associated with it. Because if you think about, for $3.00 the lowest tax rate is 6 % for where I live and that would be mean $0.18. extremely close and therefore that is why I think it is tax.) Let me know what you think. Do you think that it might be too early??? Because I am posting this one day short of a full month.
Actually, I am wrong… My account said the 27th of November so I am getting close to a month but most people have been saying that they experienced these charges with five to seven days after signing up for the service.
@Ryan: Ryan, there are hundreds, if not thousands of different kits that people call the “Google Success Kit” so it’s hard to know.
What does the transaction show next to the charge on your statement?
i bought the google kit for 1.95 how can i get it cancelled wats the number
It came up as “Check Card Purchase Dream to Blog Riches 888-867-8050 GB.”
Ryan
How foolish can I be?? Before i caught on to the Google scam my card was billed by the following;
IDPOWERSAFE (888-501-4005)
CREATE CASH (866-200-5489)
PRODUCT GUIDE (877-487-4385)
ACCESS MEMBER AREA (888-251-5292)
DLY GRANTS 4 ME (877-208-5903)
BLAZING KEYWORDS (888-248-9285)
LIST FOR CASH (866-557-1418)
ON LINE SEARCH HELP (877-851-4063)
GRANTS ARE PROFIT MKT (866-619-1606)
Some answered, some did not. One of them was still on Thanksgiving break and I called on New Years Eve. The ones that did answer had such an accent that communication was nearly impossible. I accused the ones that I talked to as being part of the Blazing Keywords scam and each of them was swimming in denial and all gave me the Blazing web sight to contact. This is probably just a test pool for politicians to see how easy it would be to shove nationalized health care up our butts!!!!
@Kenny: Wow, Kenny.
Sorry to hear that. Did you file a dispute with your credit card company?
Hey people, thanks for ruining my dreams. I already been looking at 125′ yatchs and what not. =) anyways, good advice for future online purchases that are in question. Get a 5 dollar Visa gift card so even if you do get scammed, they won’t have any of your info. or even better, use up $4 and leave only $1 on card….
The Google Quick Profit kit I was looking at was found at :
https://www.quickprofitkit.com/confirmOrder.php?sess=56g43mpjefo0eeuavrnn41kmb6
I forgot to add that the thing that made me decide to check up on it is a monthly fee of$70 odd dollars that would be billed to my credit card after the trial period. I’m on disability. Can’t afford that, not without more to go on that it works
Hi Everyone! I too have been scammed by this. I fell towards ordering this online for the 1.97 charge and a 0.06 International Charge back on Sept 15, 2009. I immediately called the number billed and reached no one. I then called a number I found online – 866-995-9812 – and told them to cancel these services as I immediately figured out this was a scam. That was on 9/24/09. Then on 1/4/10, I called to get my account balance and was told I was -478.00 in my acct and could never figure out why even after speaking with the supervisor for Cust Service at my bank. Thinking some error was made on my part (I am very anal when it comes to my account and have nver had an overdraft before in my life), I scrambled to get the money in the bank to avoid addtl overdraft charges. On 1/27/10, I called again to check my bal and learned I was being charged 47.50 by TQG BizKit and 1.43 international charges without my knowledge but was able to stop the charges. Upon further investigation, my bank realized on 11/30 I was also charged 99.00 without my knowledge by the same company thus creating the ripple effect which caused me to incur the 478.00 in overdraft fees on my account. I have now cancelled my debit card and my bank is working towards putting this as fraud on the acct. Hopefully I will be able to get back all the overdraft fees plus the 99.00, 47.50 and 1.43 charges which were charged to my account all without my consent. I tried to call the numbers my bank had for TQG BizKit which were 877-435-1027 (this is a Ford Dealership in St Louis, MO) and 877-435-6156 (this goes to an answering service which request for you to hold for the ext you are calling and then states the mailbox is full and disconnects.)This morning to be safe, I called my bank again and learned TQG BizKit successfully charged my acct last night for the 47.50 and 1.43. I still had no idea where the charges were coming from. After trying to research the business, I learned it was all linked to Google Profits which as I stated before was stopped on 9/24/09. I called the number I had found on the internet for them again – 866-995-9812 – and spoke to some lady named Joy who stated she could see I cancelled this back on 9/24/09, and would issue the credit back for the charges of 99.00 and 47.50, of course not back for the overdrafts fees that were received because they charged my account without my consent. I am not holding my breath. I can’t believe I was dumb enough to fall for this and I am now out of pocket over 500 dollars hoping my bank will see this was fraud and will give me back the money I lost. I will gladly join a clss action lawsuit as this company needs to be stopped!!!! Just let me know what I need to do!!!
As I recall I saw this offer on one of those spam things that come to the email with Get Your Free Computer Here just for trying these offers.
As you go down the list of offers to try for free one of the choices was the Google Sales Kit. It was as described by others here get the kit for $1.97, and of course you can cancell any time no problems etc. yadda yadda yadda….
I did this but imediately cancelled the credit card payments and the offer. This was before my computer shut down for the night. As a side note. I did comply with all of the required items for the free laptop and did not recieve the laptop or any other infor re: the laptop. So that too is a bust.
Now it is about 4 months later and I recieved a call from a Bank in Boise Idaho by a Telemarketer saying that he was here to find out if I was still interested in this service. He was setting up appointments so I can talk to the Big Guy and have him explain it all to me and I set up the appointment.
But I have NEVER recieved the Google Kit. SO I started to look and see what I could find out about the kit before my appointment in a few days.
I of course will tell them to spin when I talk to them on Monday.
I to have been sucked in, bank did reverse the charges, cancelled my Visa card but then have ST George have recharged as they say they were told by the EzyKit company they are ligit charges. I can’t find the ad or site again to find out how to cacel. I think it was advertised on the ninemsn site. How do I find out how to cancel the charges?
i can not sing up
help me
