Q: My daughter got caught up in a scam.  They sent her a money gram told her to cash it and keep 10%.  She was arrested for trying to do so and is now in jail.  Is there anything I can do to help her.

You really need to get an attorney involved. If you're low-income, you should be able to find a public defender. For example In Arizona the list would be here:
